My "online now" on Myspace will not go off!!!!!?

I have two serious issues


1.Eventho im NOT online my online now icon keeps showing that im online,ive tried several codes that i found on here and nothing is working,can someone please help!





2.Can someone give me a good code that WONT show when i was last online??PLEASE....





im not really good at all this myspace tweaking so pls explain to where i can understand,lol.

If you have a custom online now icon, it's not going to go off. They don't really work, just flash constantly.





Also, even the regular online now icon takes a few minutes to go off after you sign out.





To hide your online now, go to Account Settings, Click Privacy, then deselect the box that says Show People When I am Online.

but it affects only your page, not anywhere else, so it's a bit pointless
Reply:sign out..... then exit firefox or internet explorer depending on what you are using. That should get rid of the online now thing on ur myspace...... that use to happen to me and it was really annoying.
