When travelling I fly Southwest often and have to go to the business center of the hotel to check in online so I can be in Group A and get a good seat, etc. If I take my laptop to the hotel and go online to check in, but of course not being able to print my boarding pass, can I still check in online and once I get to the airport be able to print out my boarding pass and be in the same group that was assigned to me when I checked in online or will it not recognize my checking in because I wasn't able to print out the boarding pass? Thanks.

Check-in on-line with your laptop to get your Group A seating assigned. Recheck-in at the airport and request your boarding pass. If they ask, and they never do, just tell them you've misplaced it. Your Group A assignment will be in the system and will print on your boarding pass.

Reply:Yeah, the self-service terminals will allow you to print out the boarding pass again. You just have to enter a few questions about yourself and it should recognize you.
