i am from the philippines. i want to make accounts on online stores so that i could buy the latest in technology from them.
i am thinking of buying a laptop but the problem is, i don't know if any of those online stores offer accounts for overseas persons like me (not just American customers). do you know any online store that accepts customers from other countries? online stores that are only credible, please.
