Online university vs. traditional college?

i am thinking of going back to college but not having much time since I work full time, I am thinking to go with online college. First do not know if it is good choice, as far as getting a job based on that degree, how the employers would look at online degree. and I also dont know too many good online universities. Thinking of going to University of Phoniex. Then I do want to do MBA so I am thinking of doing my bachelors at UOP but then do MBA at a traditional university. So if some one can give me some answers to , which universities I should look into and if it is actually good idea to go to online universities or not. Thanks

If you want to chug beer and go to frat parties, go to a traditional college. Personally, I would consider a community college for your first 60 credit hours and then go to a university for the last two. Good luck :)
